Seating
Our eclectic house features a mix of high and low seating areas (sofas, coffee tables, stalls). The area allocated to your booking may be a mixture of seating and standing.

Payments
We’re cashless—please bring a card (Oyster cards don’t count!)

Late Arrival
We have a 15 minute grace period. After this your table may not be guaranteed.

Entry Window
Your group are guaranteed entry within 20 minutes of your booking start time. After that, entry can’t be guaranteed.

Age Policy
Our flat is 23+ and ID may be required. We may refuse entry if it is not provided.

Guest Numbers
Please book for the correct number of guests as we may not be able to accommodate changes in numbers.

Food Orders
For food bookings of 10 or more, we require a pre-order of food.

Tab Payment
To keep things moving, all tabs must be settled on one bill per table.

Dress Code
We support individuality, but scruffy clothing and sportswear (e.g. jerseys, hoodies, caps) is not allowed and may result in refused entry.

Table Allocation
We can’t guarantee specific tables or areas unless it is a private hire.

Hen & Stag Parties
We do not allow hen or stag dos at The Little Scarlet Door, however we do allow Hen Dos at our sister flats The Little Blue, Violet, Orange, and Yellow Doors.

Group Restrictions
Only mixed-gender large groups are allowed. Entry is at the discretion of security and management.

Vaping
No vaping inside—keep your Elfbar out of sight.

Booking Extension
We may not be able to accommodate you once your booking had ended.

Behaviour
If you're already intoxicated or caught drinking while waiting, you may be turned away at the door.

Door charge
We charge £5 on the door after 10 PM on Fridays & Saturdays. Reserved tables, areas, and private rooms are exempt from this charge.

Non-Refundable Tabs: Pre-paid or pre-agreed tabs are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be used for future visits.
